Did this happen to you for real?

You're not in trouble, and you can usually fix it.

• Secure your email first. Change its password and turn on 2-step sign-in. Your email can reset everything else.
• Use the game's official account recovery page, then change your game password and turn on 2-step there too.
• Never pay a "recovery expert" from comments or DMs. They're scammers too.
• Screenshot, block and report the account inside the game or app.
• Tell a trusted adult, especially if a parent's card or money was involved.
• If someone is threatening you or asking for photos, report it to the CyberTipline. If private photos are out there, Take It Down can help remove them.
